This kit uses both needle felting and wet felting techniques. Through my video tutorial you will learn how to wet felt the background and then add needle felted details. You will need additional supplies for wet felting including bubble wrap, plastic sheeting, a bamboo mat or foam roller, a couple towels, and soap.
